Booking an Appointment
For all bookings, we require a credit card to secure your appointment. This is to guarantee your slot and enable us to serve you better. If you have any inquiries or need further clarification about your booking, please contact us at 212-464-SKIN (7546).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate these changes as much as possible. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Early cancellations made 24 hours prior will be accepted without any charge.
However, please note that late cancellations (made within 24 hours of the appointment) will incur a fee equivalent to 60% of the service price. In cases where there is no advance notice of cancellation, a charge of 100% of the service price will apply.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. However, please be informed that all services rendered are non-refundable. Should you have any concerns or issues about the service provided, please feel free to contact us immediately so we can address them in the best way possible.
